Job summary

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for the West Unplanned Team. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Level 1 (Adult).
• Mentor and assessor qualification or equivalent.
• Evidence of continued professional development relevant to role.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to patients with a variety of health needs.
• Provide nursing care to achieve best outcomes; liaise with MDT and planned teams.
• Be highly mobile; visit patients across the west locality; work flexibly including weekends.
