Job summary

Brockington College is seeking a Weekend Lettings Assistant to support lettings and community bookings across the site, ensuring safety, service quality and smooth operation.

The role is part-time (10 hours weekends) with occasional additional weekend/weekday hours. We value friendly, reliable individuals who can work independently and help create a welcoming, safe environment for all facility users.

Responsibilities

  • Open, secure and monitor the school site and sports facilities during lettings and community use
  • Support the smooth running of 3G pitch bookings and other facility hire arrangements
  • Set up and store sports equipment as required for bookings and events
  • Ensure all users follow site rules and maintain appropriate standards of behaviour
  • Monitor usage of facilities and maintain accurate records of attendance
  • Carry out basic site maintenance duties, including litter picking and keeping facilities clean, safe and presentable
  • Assist with assessing the suitability of pitches during adverse weather conditions
  • Provide first aid support and ensure incidents are recorded
  • Report issues to the Site Manager
  • Support health and safety, safeguarding and fire safety procedures
  • Deliver high standard of customer service to all visitors and users
  • Undertake additional duties to support premises operations
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school
  • Support inclusion, respect and belonging
