Embrace Multi Academy Trust in Leicestershire is seeking an exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to the Trust Leader (CEO) and to undertake the Compliance Officer role within the Central Team. You will manage a complex diary, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.

This role also supports governance, assurance and audit activities across ten schools, working with senior leaders, trustees and governors.

Qualifications

  • Experience as PA/EA in education/public sector is desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Working closely with the Trust Leader, you will provide high-level, confidential and proactive executive support, managing a complex and changing diary, coordinating meetings and communications, preparing high-quality documentation and ensuring priorities, decisions and actions are progressed effectively. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, anticipating what is needed and using sound judgement to determine when matters should be progressed, redirected or escalated.Alongside your executive support responsibilities, you will play an important role in supporting Trust-wide governance, compliance and assurance activity. Working with colleagues including the Governance Manager, you will help maintain accurate records and trackers, monitor policies and key deadlines, support governance administration and coordinate information required for assurance, audit and statutory processes.This role will appeal to an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Senior Administrator who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys being one step ahead and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes. You will need exceptional organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and, above all, the integrity and discretion to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
