Perch on Lancing Beach is seeking friendly Front of House team members for weekends and holidays. Join a beachside cafe-restaurant known for warm hospitality and great food, with a fun, supportive team atmosphere.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve and assist with coffee and bar/kiosk duties, contributing to a memorable guest experience on busy days by the shore.

We’re looking for experienced, positive, and upbeat Front of House team members who always put the guest first. The Perch is an award-winning café-restaurant right on the beach, known for warm hospitality, great food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.
