Job summary

The Perch on Lancing Beach is looking for weekend and holiday front of house team members. This award-winning café-restaurant sits right on the beach, famed for warm hospitality, great food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare coffees, and support the bar/kiosk while helping create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to stay confident under pressure and maintain a sociable attitude.

We’re looking for experienced, positive, and upbeat Front of House team members who always put the guest first. The Perch is an award-winning café-restaurant right on the beach, known for warm hospitality, great food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.
