Job summary

Urban Reef on Boscombe Beach is seeking an experienced, energetic waiter/waitress who loves hospitality and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Set on the seafront, Urban Reef combines great food, speciality coffee, cocktails and beachside dining. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and value teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Confident working in a high-volume environment.
• Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for food, drinks and genuine hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• A team player who enjoys working hard and supporting others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional table service from start to finish.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
• Serve food, wines, beers, coffees and cocktails to a high standard.
• Work closely with bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across food and drinks menus.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised and presentation-ready.
• Support teammates during busy services.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently.
