Job summary

The Salad Project is hiring a Front of House Weekend Supervisor to oversee one service per day on Saturdays and Sundays. The role is based in London, offering £14 per hour for about 20 hours per week.

You will work closely with restaurant managers, lead a small team, and help ensure excellent customer service and high hygiene standards. We seek someone with at least 1 year of team management experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one service per day on weekends.
• Work under restaurant managers to support daily operations.
• Help manage team members and guest experience.
• Implement & improve service processes to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor hygiene practices and help maintain a 5* rating.
