Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for our Port Talbot Depot. The part-time role supports the Distribution team with rota planning, vehicle scheduling and data accuracy within Fleet Management systems. The post holder will train colleagues, liaise with external providers and help produce compliance and performance reports for site leadership.

The role requires logistics experience, SAP proficiency and excellent organisational skills. An operator licence awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment.
• Proficient with SAP, fleet systems and document management tools.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
• Operator Licence Awareness trained preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage rota schedules across Distribution teams.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations for efficient operations.
• Maintain the Fleet Management System and ensure driver/vehicle data is accurate and compliant.
• Support training and development across Distribution team and liaise with external providers.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operation.
• Compile compliance and performance reports for site leadership.
