Forest Lodge is a complex care home with nursing support for up to 43 male service users across 4 units.

About The Role

Nutrition is vital to our care, and the Weekend Cook ensures dietary requirements and cultural needs are met, serving meals that promote wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Preparing nutritious meals according to guidelines
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and equipment daily
• Managing inventory of kitchen supplies
• Following HACCP and food safety regulations
• Engaging with service users about their food preferences

Key Skills
