Priority Recruitment is recruiting a Female Community Support Worker to assist Lifetime Homecare's clients in the Sheffield area. The role involves in-home support, mobility assistance and companionship, with travel between visits using your own vehicle.

Shifts run Friday to Sunday, with weekend hours and training provided. Candidates should be patient, reliable and able to work independently with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Own vehicle required to travel between clients.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care and support for clients at home.
• Assist with daily routines and mobility, following care plans.
• Travel between clients using your own vehicle when required.
• Observe changes in wellbeing and report to care team promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with families.
