Job summary

urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a friendly, professional Community Host for The Residences in Manchester. You’ll be the face of the development, greeting residents and visitors, answering enquiries, and ensuring every guest feels at home.

This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week ( Saturdays and Sundays ) with responsibilities spanning front desk duties, leasing support, move-ins/outs, resident services, safety checks, and daily building operations to deliver an outstanding living

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
• Confident working independently and handling issues calmly.
• IT literate (MS Office and systems).
• Committed to high standards and resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person: first point of contact for residents at front desk, via email or phone.
• Leasing: respond to enquiries, support viewings and applications, assist move-in.
• Move-Ins / Renewals / Move-Outs: prepare apartments, coordinate cleaning/maintenance, report end-of-tenancy issues.
• Resident & Building Services: handle enquiries, manage maintenance requests, maintain records, manage parcels and bookings.
• Building Patrols & Safety: perform safety checks, monitor CCTV, manage visitors, follow emergency procedures.
