Job summary

LAH Property Marketing in Manchester is seeking a Reception Host & Community Manager to greet tenants, visitors and contractors with warmth and professionalism. You will help build a welcoming on-site community and coordinate front-of-house services to support a smooth daily operation.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong communication, reliability and the ability to run newsletters and events in partnership with local charities and businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house, hospitality, hotels, corporate services or similar customer-facing environments.
• Ability to present well and communicate confidently.
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive, organised approach.
• Proficient with email, basic reporting tools and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Coordinate reception operations and manage busy periods.
• Produce newsletters and coordinate occupier engagement events.
• Collaborate with building management, tenants and service partners to maintain high standards.
