Job summary

UK Addiction Treatment Centres is seeking a Part‑Time Chef for Recovery Lighthouse in Worthing. This weekend role runs Saturday and Sunday with two shift options, totaling 16 hours per week at £15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef.
• NVQ Level 2 in Food & Hygiene.
• Ability to prepare nutritious, well‑balanced meals including dietary needs.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus as agreed with the Centre Manager, including vegetarian options.
• Cater for religious, cultural and therapeutic dietary needs.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Report faulty equipment or hazards promptly.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet centre aims.
