Job summary

bpha is seeking a Chef for Wootton Vale Independent Living Scheme, working Saturdays and Sundays 08:00–14:00. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will prepare fresh, nutritious meals, support menu planning and maintain high standards of food safety and customer care.

You will help supervise kitchen staff, manage stock, and ensure timely service while catering for dietary and cultural needs of residents and guests. Competitive weekend role within a supportive housing association.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene and safety knowledge essential.
• Experience delivering high-quality, value-for-money meals.
• Ability to plan menus reflecting dietary needs and resident preferences.
