Qualifikationen

• Experience as a professional Chef preferred.
• Ability to plan and prepare varied menus.
• Ability to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions.

Aufgaben

• Plan and prepare nutritious menus in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
• Accommodate religious, cultural, and therapeutic dietary needs.
• Prepare meals that are nutritious, appealing, and well-balanced.
• Ensure all kitchen hygiene and safety regulations are met.
• Supervise residents in basic kitchen duties as part of their therapy.
• Report faulty appliances or hazards to management or maintenance.
• Work independently and as part of a team; participate in training.
