Job summary

A2Dominion Group is seeking a Weekend Chef for Chestnut Court in Stanwell. You will prepare and serve meals on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring dietary requirements are met and standards are maintained. The role focuses on volume cooking for residents and guests in a care setting.

The ideal candidate has catering or kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to complete online training. DBS check is required, and travel to Chestnut Court is needed for each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food preparation.
• Kitchen/large-volume cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow dietary, cultural and individual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents and guests for weekend restaurant service.
• Ensure high quality meals and maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Cater for dietary and cultural needs; complete admin documentation.
