Job summary

Commonwise Home Care is looking for caring caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality home care services. You can work mornings, evenings or night shifts with flexible schedules that you manage. Starting pay is $20/hr, with premium rates and referral bonuses, weekly pay, and PTO plus holiday pay at time and a half.

We offer health, vision and dental insurance and 401k eligibility. We provide on-site support and training, RN Care Manager mentorship, and 24/7 after-hours team support.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable care during times of need.
• Advocate for clients in community settings.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding.
• Assist with IADLs: light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies.
