Assisting Hands St George is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support that keeps clients safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. You’ll offer practical help and meaningful companionship, delivering dignity and peace of mind daily.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($16.00–$19.00 per hour), and training with room to grow. No CNA required, but CPR/First Aid plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance
• Background check and TB test (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks)
• Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Supporting clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Documenting care using AxisCare app
• Following safety and infection-control procedures

What You’ll Do
