Commonwise Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. Be part of our mission to truly care for people, helping clients live safely with independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
• Provide reliable care during times of need
• Advocate for clients in community settings
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
• Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
