Job summary

NNCA LTD is a home care provider delivering personalised personal care and support services in clients' homes and care settings across the Midlands. As a Female Weekend Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting clients with their day-to-day wellbeing during weekend visits.

This role is focused on providing attentive, respectful care, building reassuring relationships with clients, and helping families feel confident that their loved ones are in safe hands.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience in home settings.
• Experience maintaining care records and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• Valid driving licence and access to your own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals, provide routine support, and help with medication prompts.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during weekend care visits.
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in clients' wellbeing.
