Job summary

Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency Limited is a home care provider delivering personalised personal care and support services in clients’ homes and care settings across the Midlands. We are seeking a Female Weekend Healthcare Assistant to support clients with day-to-day wellbeing during weekend visits, building reassuring relationships and ensuring families feel confident in care.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience supporting elderly or vulnerable clients in home settings.
• Experience maintaining care records and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and families in a care setting.
• Valid driving licence and access to your own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work weekends. Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 is a plus.
