Job summary

NNCA LTD in the Midlands is seeking a Female Weekend Healthcare Assistant to support clients with daily wellbeing during weekend visits. You will provide attentive, respectful care, build reassuring relationships with clients, and help families feel confident their loved ones are in safe hands.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, companionship, and accurate care notes.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience with elderly or vulnerable clients in home settings.
• Experience maintaining care records and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and families in a care setting.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals, provide routine support, and help with medication prompts.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during weekend care visits.

As a Female Weekend Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting clients with their day-to-day wellbeing during weekend visits.
