Job summary

NNCA LTD, a Midlands-based home care provider, seeks caring staff for evening visits to support clients in their homes. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, while maintaining care notes and reporting changes in wellbeing. A driving licence and UK eligibility are essential; the role is open to female applicants.

Qualifications

• Empathy and professional patient care in home settings.
• Calm, respectful communication with clients and families.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients at home.
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in wellbeing.
• Prior experience in home or care settings required.
• Valid driving licence and access to own car required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and availability for 16:30–22:00 shifts.
• This role is open to female applicants.
