Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Admin Assistant at one of our care homes in Wimborne Minster. You will answer the phone, manage files, support managers and welcome visitors, residents and their families around the home to showcase the care we provide.

This role emphasizes people skills and good computer ability, with training and development opportunities, rewarding work in a friendly, supportive environment.

• Ability to multi-task across admin tasks while keeping accuracy.
• Good computer skills and confident telephone manner.
• People-focused approach and genuine interest in residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Answer the phone and handle inquiries throughout the day.
• Manage files and support care home managers with admin tasks.
• Meet and greet visitors and accompany prospective clients and families on tours.
• Engage with residents and help create a vibrant, welcoming environment.
• Assist with general admin duties to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
