Curaa Group is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and oversee engaging activities for residents, including weekend schedules. You will build rapport with residents and their relatives to ensure personalized support and enriching daily life.

Responsibilities include organizing holiday events, arranging trips, and ensuring risk assessments are completed. You will help residents maintain dignity, life histories, and a sense of individuality within a compassionate care environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee varied and engaging activities for the residents.
• Develop a rapport with residents to support them throughout the day.
• Develop relationships with relatives to help better support and understand residents.
• Plan and organise events for different holidays.
• Arrange trips and excursions for the residents.
• Guarantee that risk assessments are carried out on the activities inside and outside of the home.
• Understand and record the life histories of residents.
