HC-One is seeking a Weekend Activities Co-ordinator to join our care home team in the United Kingdom. This 16-hour-per-week role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for residents, supporting social interaction, and contributing to safeguarding and wellbeing.

You’ll work with the Home Manager to run events and activities tailored to residents’ interests, bringing kindness, energy and organisational flair to every day, and promoting a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Good IT skills and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Support residents to socialise and participate in activities.
