Job summary

Milton Hill House, Oxfordshire, part of The Venues Collection, seeks a Weddings & Special Events Co-Ordinator to join our Events Team. You will coordinate weddings, private celebrations, and special events from enquiry to delivery, acting as the main contact for clients to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and liaise with departments to deliver seamless events while supporting revenue growth and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating weddings, private celebrations, and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding and special event enquiries and consultations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
• Coordinate event details with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Front Office teams.
• Conduct planning meetings and final details appointments with clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell to support revenue targets.
• Maintain records in venue systems and CRM platforms.
• Provide on-the-day event support when required.
