Job summary

Silchester Farm is seeking a Venue Sales Manager to lead its wedding sales pipeline and drive the next phase of commercial growth. You will own the end-to-end client journey, host showrounds, and develop packages while guiding the sales team to exceed targets.

Located in the UK, you will work with the Corporate Sales Manager to maximise revenue across weddings, corporate events, accommodation, food & drink and other experiences offered at the farm.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/venue/event sales.
• Based in the UK or willing to relocate to the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own the wedding sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team and collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager.
• Host show rounds, develop packages and offers, and lead open days and showcases.
• Monitor conversion and maximise opportunities from every enquiry.
• Build relationships and understand the numbers to close weddings.
