Northbrook Park is seeking a Wedding Co‑Ordinator to join the sales team. You will handle wedding enquiries, build client relationships and maintain meticulous planning and organisational skills.

The role requires a minimum of two years in sales and weddings/events, weekend flexibility, a bubbly, confident phone manner, and excellent written and spoken communication. You will contribute to hitting monthly sales targets while delivering first‑class customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales background.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in weddings and events.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to handle enquiries and chase emails.

Responsibilities

• Respond to wedding enquiries and record them.
• Carry out chase emails and calls after enquiries.
• Hold final details meetings with couples prior to their day.
• Support in hitting monthly sales targets.
• Answer phones and answer questions from couples.
• Assist venue with operational support.
• Deliver first-class customer service.
