Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for couples and organisers; lead showrounds and planning meetings.
• Prepare function sheets, schedules and booking records; coordinate across departments.
• Manage suppliers, deposits and payment schedules; ensure events run to plan.
• Oversee room layouts, ceremony arrangements and post‑event resets.
• Support restaurant, bar and reception operations when needed; provide on‑site coordination.
