Job summary

Fenwick is seeking a Website Product Owner to drive the ongoing development and optimisation of Fenwick.com. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital experience.

In this hybrid role, you will work across Digital, IT and trading teams, refining backlogs, defining user stories, and supporting testing and releases during key campaigns and trading periods.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with interest in ecommerce and digital experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Some knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Some experience using backlog or delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the website product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver backlog items.
• Support Agile ways of working with backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and release activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey, website performance and digital campaigns.
• Work with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
