Fenwick is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support PR, influencer and communications activity across the Fenwick brand. You will coordinate campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-standards and alignment with business priorities.

Based in London with hybrid working between home and Wigmore Street offices, the role offers scope to learn and influence brand visibility through media, partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in PR, influencer marketing, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
• Confident building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate PR and influencer campaigns across the marketing calendar.
• Manage day-to-day activity including gifting, loans, timelines and approvals.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, agencies and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Buying, Retail, Digital and Finance for seamless campaigns.
• Track performance and support reporting across PR and influencer activity.
