Position

Senior Digital Marketing Manager to assist the strategy of the European website. You’ll help improve B2C conversions and assist with the delivery of a new website platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute digital marketing plans and strategies, own and deliver content
  • Assist with website conversion across B2B and B2C
  • Measure and report campaign performance
  • Use analytics to understand customer interactions across channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels. Map out the customer and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvement
  • Manage multiple lead generating digital marketing campaigns, including website content and optimisation, email automation and social media marketing, to support lead generation, brand awareness and promote content. Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality webpage content and optimize user experiences. Actively review, write, and edit digital content for SEO.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to execute and manage the recommended paid search and social activity to support campaign lead generation.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of our digital marketing activities (email, search and social) to continually optimise results and lead generation, evaluate ROI and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Define guidance and best practices for the Marketing teams to ensure digital content is developed and leverages keyword research that will positively influence search engine rankings
  • Champion best practice, capture learnings, standardise reporting and support regional marketing teams with their activity as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in website management and track record of managing complex, multi-language websites
  • Experience working within structured project methodology and reporting
  • Experience with A/B testing, nurturing and campaign analysis
  • Comfortable writing copy for social media, emails, landing pages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects whilst maintaining high standards
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of marketing planning
  • Shows curiosity to learn from others and seeks best practices ideas to make improvements
  • Is generally punctual, organised and able to prioritise
  • Eligible to work in the UK
