Duties & Responsibilities

• Design responsive web layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
• Create new designs and layouts as our product and marketing needs evolve
• Build and maintain reusable design components and a scalable design system
• Use modern responsive design techniques (not static breakpoint exports) to simulate real fluid, reflowing behaviour
• Apply and maintain consistent grid systems, spacing scales, and layout standards across all designs
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into code
• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to validate design decisions
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all web design work
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
