Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking a Junior Designer to own ad hoc design requests, support brand rollout, and create social content for our marketing team. This hands-on role covers decks, white papers, and marketing collateral, with a focus on consistency and on-brand visuals.

The role is hybrid, requiring some office time in London, with collaboration across a small team. You’ll contribute to events, merch, and ongoing branding initiatives while delivering high-volume designs.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing range across decks, digital, and print/event materials.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
• An eye for brand consistency, typography, and layout.
• Some exposure to events, logistics, or general team support is a plus.
• Comfortable working to quick turnarounds on a high volume of ad hoc requests.
• Great communication skills and a proactive, get-it-done attitude in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc design requests: own design requests like decks, internal materials, sales collateral with a design eye.
• Refreshed brand rollout: implement updated brand identity across marketing materials.
• Marketing collateral: design white papers, one-pagers, and client-facing materials.
• Social media: create on-brand graphics and templates for LinkedIn.
• Templates: build reusable, on-brand templates to speed up turnaround.
• General support: assist the wider marketing team with logistics, events, and merch ordering.

We'relooking for a Junior Designer to own ad hoc design requests, brand support, and social content for our marketing team. This is a hands-on generalist role rather than a specialist design position,you'llbe the go-to for design needs across the business, help roll out our updated brand, and support the wider marketing team with generallogisticsas needed.

What You'll Do

• Ad hoc design requests: Own design requests as they come in:Presentation decks, internal materials, sales collateral,bringing a genuine design eye rather than just formatting
• Refreshed brand rollout: Help implement our updated brand identity across marketing materials going forward, ensuring consistency asit'srolled out
• Marketing collateral: Design white papers, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral used across sales and client-facing communications
• Social media : Create on-brand graphics and templates for LinkedIn (infographics and blog thumbnails)
• Templates : Build reusable, on-brand templates for decks, one-pagers, and other recurring materials to speed up turnaround over time
• General support: Support the wider marketing team with generallogisticsas needed, including events materials and merch ordering

Whilst we provide a hybrid working environment, it is sometimes important to be in the office to help enhance relationships and for those all important white boarding sessions. Whilst you may not live close to London, some time in the office is invaluable so flexibility to be in our lovely offices in Blackfriars/Southwark is appreciated!
