Aj Bell is seeking customer-focused webchat support agents in a hybrid role in the UK. You will answer questions, resolve queries and guide customers through our product range, with full training and ongoing support to build knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service with a polite telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Patience and empathy when supporting customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle webchats, inbound calls and emails.
• Use a secure messaging system and maintain SLAs and compliance.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to customer queries.
• Contribute to a fast-paced client services environment.
