Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Telephone Support Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with investments, pensions, accounts or other services. You'll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and provide clear, helpful answers while building knowledge of investing and financial services through structured training.

This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office and a 40-hour week. We'll support your development with paid study options and a friendly, inclusive culture that

Qualifications

• No prior financial services experience required.
• Full training will be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and help customers with questions and queries.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful answers.
• Respond to customer emails and secure messages.
• Take ownership of queries and coordinate with colleagues to resolve.
• Ensure interactions meet service levels and compliance requirements.
• Support customers with additional help, showing patience and empathy.
• Build knowledge of investing and financial services through structured training.
