Job summary

Perk is hiring a Technical Web Specialist to bridge the web team with marketing and development. You’ll own intake for web requests, scope ambitious projects, and ensure quality in every release, working at the intersection of Marketing and Web Development.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a web operations, technical/digital project management, or web production role with CMS or front-end exposure.
• Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals and understanding of CMS structures (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow).
• Experience using AI tools in production and ability to judge reliability of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, and estimate technical complexity.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and write clear specs for developers.
• Maintain web backlog and sprint board with status and blockers.
• Support CRO initiatives: set up A/B tests and document hypotheses and results.
• Produce regular status updates and pipeline reports for leadership.
