Perk is seeking a Technical Web Specialist to bridge our web team with the wider business. You will own intake, scope web requests, and keep the dev queue aligned with our ambitious roadmap.

You’ll review copy and UX before go-live, support CRO initiatives, and ensure timely releases with a critical eye on quality. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in web operations, digital project management, or web production, with CMS or front-end exposure
• Hands-on familiarity with a CMS structure (Storyblok/Contentful/Webflow or similar) and staging vs production workflows
• Comfort using AI tools in production and able to judge localisation nuance and experiment validity
• Ability to scope a request, size complexity, sequence priorities, and brief external developers clearly

Responsibilities

• Build and ship pages/components directly in Storyblok CMS (config, staging, QA, production)
• Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, estimate complexity
• Act as day‑to‑day PM between dev team and stakeholders; track scope and blockers
• Maintain the web backlog and sprint board with clear status and ownership
• Support CRO initiatives: help build A/B test setups and track results
