Job summary

Perk is seeking a Front-End Web Specialist to bridge our web team and the business. You will own intake, scope, and QA of web requests, ensure pages are well‑defined before coding, and support a bold web roadmap across markets.

You will review copy/UX before go‑live, contribute to CRO initiatives, and ensure pages launch on time. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and collaborating with developers, designers, and marketers, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a web operations, digital project management, or web production role, ideally with CMS/front-end exposure
• Technical literacy: HTML/CSS fundamentals and CMS structures (Storyblok/Contentful/Webflow)
• Comfort using AI tools in production and ability to judge when AI output needs human checks
• PM instincts: scope requests, size complexity, sequence priorities, brief developers accordingly
• Strong written communication: concise briefs, QA notes, status updates

Responsibilities

• Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, estimate technical complexity
• Enforce briefing standards and explain why briefs are incomplete
• Write specs for the development team with minimal hand-holding
• Act as day-to-day PM between development and business stakeholders; track scope and delivery
• Maintain web backlog and sprint board with clear status and blockers
• Support CRO initiatives: help set up A/B tests and track results
