Job summary

Perk is seeking a Front-End Web Specialist in the UK to coordinate web requests, own the intake, and support a rigorous web roadmap. Based in a hub with an IRL-first approach, you’ll work with developers, designers, and marketers to deliver high‑quality pages on time.

You’ll review copy and UX, contribute to CRO initiatives, and ensure pages are built with strong collaboration across teams. A 3‑day in‑person cadence is expected alongside hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a web operations, technical/digital project management, or web production role.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS fundamentals and CMS exposure (Storyblok/Contentful/Webflow).
• Comfort using AI tools in production with careful validation of localisation and experiment results.
• Product/project-management instincts: scope, size, sequence, and brief developers clearly.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and push back when needed.
• Strong written communication: briefs, QA notes, status updates.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship pages/components in Storyblok CMS with proper QA and deployment.
• QA releases for rendering, functionality, and cross-browser/device behaviour.
• Use AI tools for drafting, layout variants, and QA while validating localisation.
• Own intake for web requests: assess complexity and dependencies before scoping.
• Write clear briefs and technical specs for the dev team.
• Act as day-to-day PM between developers and business stakeholders; track scope and blockers.
• Maintain web backlog and sprint board; support CRO initiatives and A/B testing.
• Produce regular status updates and pipeline reports for leadership.
