Job summary

Perk is seeking a Front-End Web Specialist to connect our web team with Marketing and the wider business. You will own intake, scope, and QA of web requests, and contribute hands‑on in building pages in a CMS while coordinating with designers, developers, and marketers.

You’ll review copy and UX, support CRO initiatives, and ensure timely releases. The role blends coordination with hands‑on front‑end work in a fast‑paced, in‑person‑first environment at our London hubs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in web operations, digital project management, or web production with hands-on CMS/front-end exposure
• Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals and understanding of CMS structures (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow)
• Comfortable using AI tools in production and able to assess reliability of AI outputs
• Product/project management instincts: scoping, sizing, sequencing, briefing external developers
• Strong written communication to convey briefs, QA notes, and status updates
• Nice to have: Storyblok or similar CMS experience, SEO fundamentals, CRO awareness

Responsibilities

• Build and ship pages/components directly in Storyblok CMS: config, staging, QA, production deployment across markets
• QA every release for rendering, functionality, cross-browser/device behaviour
• Use AI tools as part of daily production: drafting, layout variants, QA support with human checks for localisation/experiments
• Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, estimate complexity and dependencies
• Enforce briefing standards and explain why briefs are incomplete
• Decide what can be handled directly vs. what goes to development and write specs
• PM between developers and stakeholders: track scope, delivery, and risk
• Maintain web backlog and sprint board with clear status and blockers
• Support CRO initiatives: help build A/B test setups, document hypotheses, track results
• Maintain intake templates, briefing standards, triage criteria and produce status updates
