Job summary

G.Network Communications is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Growth Lead to build a growth platform across all owned digital channels. You will own the web experience, optimize customer journeys, and drive online orders and account activity.

You will manage CMS content, collaborate with agencies and developers, and govern CRM marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, while leveraging GA4 insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Experience in digital marketing in an agency or client-side role.
• Combination of website experience and marketing knowledge.
• Experience managing content through a CMS and coordinating with agencies and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the web channel and deliver excellent customer journeys for online orders and account details.
• Lead website improvements and coordinate campaigns with the campaign team.
• Collaborate with our digital agency and internal developers to scope and deliver CMS/website changes.
• Report on changes and show ongoing improvements in website KPIs.
• Govern CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next) campaigns, journeys and reporting.
