Job summary

Mouser Electronics, a global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, seeks a senior leader to manage the Web Experience organisation in Poole. You will coach Product Owners, BI Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Support Analysts, driving performance and growth.

You will lead hiring, onboarding and workforce planning, partnering with corporate leadership to align with strategic goals, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 8+ years in ecommerce, digital platforms, or web/customer experience management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management for a multi-disciplinary Web Experience team.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular one-to-ones.
• Partner with corporate leadership for performance management and succession planning.
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans to strengthen capability.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for the Web Experience organisation locally.
• Support workforce planning and alignment with departmental needs.
• Maintain effective matrix working relationships and clear role definitions.
• Ensure compliant local operations and timely organizational communication.
• Promote collaboration, feedback loops and consistent operating practices.
