Job summary

Mouser Electronics, Inc. seeks a dynamic People Leader for the Web Experience group. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team spanning Product, UX, Ecommerce Analytics and Customer Support to shape a world-class digital experience.

You will coach, hire, and align performance with corporate strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and champion continuous learning while balancing hybrid work and local operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, and Support.
• Strong Agile or product-centric delivery experience.
• Familiar with BI tools and digital analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management for a multi-disciplinary team including Product, UX, Ecommerce Analytics, Customer Support and other web experience related roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and career development through regular one-to-one meetings and development planning.
• Lead hiring activities for the Web Experience organisation at the local level including interviewing, candidate selection and onboarding.
• Partner with corporate functional leaders to align hiring decisions with departmental needs and role expectations.
• Establish and maintain a professional and effective working environment that supports collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee performance.
• Manage local team logistics including hybrid working arrangements, onsite attendance requirements, leave coordination and location-specific considerations.
