The Web Delivery Coordinator ensures seamless integration of content strategy with technical execution, maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of AQA's web content delivery at a specialized level.

Landscape

Operating within the Web Operations team, this role is crucial to the operational and technical success of web projects. It requires strong communication skills and technical understanding, bridging content requests with the technical execution team. While not managing a team directly, the Web Delivery Coordinator orchestrates communication and workflow between different functional areas, emphasizing technical aspects.

The Web Operations Team collaborates with the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team, and the Customer Training & Events Team.

Activities

1. Content Management and Technical Request Triage:

• Manage, prioritize, and understand the technical aspects of incoming content requests.
• Efficiently triage and allocate tasks based on technical feasibility and execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex project timelines effectively.

Collaboration and Workflow Facilitation:

• Collaborate with web developers and content creators.
• Facilitate smooth workflows to ensure timely delivery of web initiatives.
