We're looking for a Junior IT Delivery Coordinator, internally known as Associate Release Engineer, to join our dynamic delivery team, supporting the smooth operation of our Agile Release processes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful healthcare software that supports real change in people's lives.

In this role at System C, you'll begin your journey by learning from experienced professionals and gradually take ownership of key planning ceremonies and release management activities. You'll support teams to stay aligned with goals, and track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence. Over time, you'll build confidence and competence to independently lead delivery events and manage cross-team coordination.

You'll work closely with senior members of the team, development and product teams, testers, and business stakeholders. From managing dependencies and mitigating risks, to maintaining clear delivery documentation and championing Agile practices, your role will be central to ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in organising and supporting key planning sessions and meetings with the technical teams.
• Monitor team progress and manage dependencies using Jira and Confluence.

• Ensure release readiness and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Promote Agile practices and contribute to retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Build stakeholder communication skills by supporting engagement and progress reporting.
