Job summary

P27 Limited is seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors to join growing Wealth Management and WealthTech businesses across the UK, EU and ASEAN. This advisory role focuses on governance, strategy and growth for dynamic firms in a fast-evolving market.

Candidates will bring senior leadership or board experience, a robust network in financial services, and the ability to advise founders and executives on M&A, capital strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior executive or non-executive board experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets or other relevant financial services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic change: guiding businesses through full-lifecycle change and execution roadmaps, including ESG, fintech and AI integrations.
• Core WM areas: advising on financial planning, investments, retirement and regulation.
• Financials: advising on valuation models, VC/PE, debt structuring and capital allocation.
• New business: supporting market expansion, partnerships, distribution channels and client acquisition.
• Governance: providing oversight, risk management, ESG integration and regulatory compliance.
