Responsabilidades

• Coach delivery leads, engineers and product teams to improve planning, prioritisation and execution.
• Establish consistent delivery practices across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Provide hands-on support to unblock delivery challenges and drive critical initiatives forward.
• Maintain oversight of delivery progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Establish clear reporting and governance to support senior-level decision-making.
• Align delivery activity with business priorities, outcomes and technology strategy.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted development practices, ensuring governance remains strong.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability and stronger delivery capability across teams.
