Job summary

HSBC in Guernsey seeks an experienced Wealth Product Manager to lead the Private Bank product suite. You will translate strategy into delivery, oversee propositions, and work with Investment partners to drive adoption and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Private Bank wealth products and markets.
• Experience leading product initiatives and governance.
• Willingness to attain Level 4 wealth qualification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Support management and development of the Private Bank product suite.
• Own defined products or areas across the lifecycle from proposition to delivery.
• Collaborate with Private Bank Guernsey and Investment partners to improve adoption and performance.
• Support strategic change: pricing, digital capabilities, and client journeys.
• Coordinate across Private Bank, Retail Wealth and Group teams to translate requirements into solutions.
